Established in the Port Island of Kobe, Japan with the aim at commercialization of cell therapy using embryonic and somatic stem cells.

Exclusively licenced in Asian territories of fourteen patents or patent applications by Stem Cell Science Ltd. , Australia.

May 2002
Start collaborative researches with Riken CDB and participation in the project of"CREATE".

Jul. 2003
Set up of laboratory at the Translational Research Informatics center, Kobe, Japan

Apr. 2004
Contracted collaborative research agreement with Fuji Rebio Inc.

May 2004
Contracted distribution agreement with Dainippon Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd for sales in Japan of non-serum and non-feeder medium ‘CultiCell’.

Mar. 2005
The Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology of Japan approved our human ES cell research carried out in collaboration with the Multipotent Stem Cell Research Group within Riken CDB

Establishment of the cell processing center of the cGMP compliance within the facilities of the Institute for Biomedical Research and Innovation, Kobe, Japan

Execution of license agreement on human multipotent adipose-derived stem cell for use in the field of cell therapy

The Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology of Japan approved our human ES cell research project using human ES cell in collaboration with the Stem Cell Research Group within the Riken CDB

New Research Laboratory for human cell research was opened within the facility of Business Support Center for Biomedical Research Activities in Kobe, Japan

Execution of license agreement on human multipotent adipose-derived stem cell for research use purpose.

Execution of license agreement with Celogos, France on the technology for autologous myoblast transplantation for treatment of Stress urinary incontinence exclusively in Japan.
